Miners Choice Ltd was born out of a passion for authentic Cornish baking. Cornish father and son one day decided to share their love for baking. creating a brand new unit to accommodate for this which they built together. We love baking!
We use locally sourced produce and traditional methods to create pasty's that are not only delicious but traditional. We handcraft each pasty in small batches to ensure the highest quality, offering a genuine taste of Cornwall in every bite. With our purpose built unit and using the best equipment we really take baking seriously.
Special requirements? No problem. Whether you don't like onions, or can't have certain ingredients - we will go above and beyond to make sure your smiling whatever the occasion!
In addition to our famous pasty's , we also offer freshly made scones, cream teas, and hampers which we send by courier.
Local delivery's , maybe pair your meal with a portion of chips and freshly brewed coffee for a complete culinary experience.
